Chase Bank says it’s aware of the situation. Pittsburgh police say to contact credit reporting agencies if you received a card.  The Aberdeen Police Department announced on social media that it has received hundreds of complaints of victims, receiving Chase Bank debit cards in the mail in the last three weeks. This is a scheme
